At Murderous Ink, we appreciate the importance of matching sets, covers, and special editions for your most loved books.  If you are looking for a particular cover, size or format or your favourite book, or are seeking out a special edition, please get in touch and we will endeavour to find it for you. 

If you order a set of books, and our current stock is of irregular sizes of covers, we may get in touch to notify you before sending.

We want to open a bricks and mortar store and offer in person events, workshops, and most importantly a place to browse titles at your leisure.

We are looking into starting Brisbane-based book clubs in late 2026 and book subscriptions based on sub-genres.

If you are a venue and interested in hosting a book club, please get in touch by emailing info@murderousink.com.au.

We may be able to offer discounts on orders of 10 or more of the same book, depending on the title and publisher. This can’t be offered through the website, so if you are interested, please email us at info@murderousink.com.au and we can get back to you with details. If you are interested in a bulk order, please allow extra time for delivery. We are a small bookshop and may not have the requisite number of books in stock but with sufficient notice, could place a special order.

We are a specialist bookstore, stocking crime and true crime/non-fiction books. We are interested in crime as a whole genre; cosy, thriller, locked room, romantic, supernatural etc. sub-genres.
